“Said By Reflection”

(Cultural Autobiography, By Dereck “T-NEPMAN” Jerome Deloney)

     Treasures are peculiar, and most valuable to the world when acknowledged to exist. Consider the significance of its content as culture, and the explorations to obtain those contents as an aphorism and follow along. I always wondered what it meant to be a subject on the radio when I was younger; and as I got older, what it meant to be myself became the position in life that mattered to me the most. A charming etiquette into the holy defiance that a revolutionary name such as “Dereck Jerome Deloney” is supposed to represent. After culturalizing my family lineage and autobiographical footprint for a scholarly reflection and leadership insinuations; strong will may have seduced my cultural ideology just as effectively as assertive thinking may have coerced my identity to portray its shape. Branching from self-motivated survival day-to-day as a means of family life, into the growth and acceptance of the Pentecostal community helped extrapolate my three core values: wisdom, faith, and understanding. I use these values as guiding principles whenever I need to center myself on how I feel and establish a greater sense of culturally belonging in my environment. Since childhood they have blossomed for me into all of my inner qualities of character, perhaps from growing up around the Gospel being preached and vicariously living out those spiritual testimonies until I acknowledged my own.

     Consistently throughout the make up of my integrity I have found my purpose in life is to believe; not only in the Gospel of YESHUA, but about who I am among society in YAHUUEH. As a leader I strategize by identifying the details and remaining actively engaged towards the objectives being achieved. Pursuing long-term focus and changes that will create a viable culture for younger generations of the future, and sustainability for the community I fellowship with globally today. By using keys such as effective communication that is vetted in research and credible for outsourced information, sharing perspectives on relative questions facilitated for thought, can be done strategically in diversity chambers under creative governance and culturally for all. Knowing that, I can see the need for foreign affairs and public relations through conscious insight and rational disciplines; I anticipate, envision, and maintain, solid goal orientation and management skills with team flexibility concerning politics. Operating strategically is extremely helpful when I need to translate to others how the seemingly impossible can be achieved by first, being able to theoretically believe in the objective. Process-oriented communication is highly effective and necessary when based on facts, planning, analysis, and collective bargaining observations; and is the communication style I personally use to build my brand and to network the notion of career growth.

     Power to influence as a reflector is being self-aware, observing and thinking about what happens; and requires emotional intelligence, keen charisma, and the use of interpersonal skills for salesmanship as a cultural enabler. I believe in my dreams, and see myself as a helper for others to believe in their own. Internationally the demand is there and the need awaits investment gains; like financing a voyage to search for a cultural treasure and still awaiting the vessel’s safe return. Viewing experiences from a number of different perspectives is a preferred past-time that appeals to my multimodal learning style. I enjoy collecting data, and taking the time necessary to work towards an appropriate conclusion. Emotionally complimenting the methods I use and choose to use when engaging with others and learning from my cognitive surroundings. Essentially learning through empathy using assorted practices and techniques including visual, auditory, reading and writing, and kinesthetic. Emotional Intelligence and well-being is important to me and not just for leadership empathy, but for self-awareness routines also. Self-awareness gives me the ability to recognize what feelings I feel along with my habitual responses to emotional events; even recognize how emotions affect my cultural behaviors and relationship patterns for performance. I see into others perspectives of me with a good sense of my own abilities and current limitations for improvement.

     Sentimental perceptions of tangible and materialistic realities are often stigmatizing between cultures as well as unanimously embraced for centuries and generations; with no moral prestige as a conceptual authority, commissioned to impose or inflict harm in forms of danger as forced changes onto them. America has its history as does the rest of the world uplifting a nation today, choosing not to forget that identity under the visible pledges of allegiance to their flags. Intelligent people have the ability to process momentary data inputs through filters of dynamic (auto) and selective (manual) experiences that enable them to earnestly learn behaviors to acquire a skill, object, knowledge, or mannerism from even the least astute of pioneers; and usurp all profits and merits of the discovery upon their leisure or discretion.

     Treasures are peculiar, and most valuable to the world when acknowledged to exist. In conclusion, I Dereck Jerome Deloney, too am an international treasure. Knowing my purpose is to believe, identifies me readily to my potentials and uncovered a life’s mission; be eternal inspiration to others. Out of an abundance of self-awareness, writing now I feel slightly melancholy perhaps it is due to my cultural living spaces being indoors and my wealth of U-melanin needs more sunlight for my physical renditions of who I am to esteem superb. One thing after another in life can be proven as guaranteed, it will be easier for anyone else to relay that math if they simply shared what happens in the moment interculturally; but the premise would be indulging the predictions of a quantum life in future experiences and not the facts that record life's coexistence with nature through feelings and bicameral subconscious memories. Straight out of the aphorism of know thyself, this has been “said by reflection”.
